PROPOSED REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE –  The proposed Zoning Ordinance has been revised for compliance with the Code of Virginia, to align with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan,  and to meet the current needs of the Town of Clarksville.

PROPOSED REVISED ZONING MAP –  The proposed Zoning Map identifies the locations of the new B-3 Business District and PCU Public/Civic Unit District.  It also shows the mapping for the existing zoning designations.

PROPOSED SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE – The proposed Subdivision Ordinance has been revised for compliance with the  requirements of the Code of Virginia and to provide legal methods of subdividing property within the Town of Clarksville.
