INVITATION FOR BID – MARINA BUILDING
The Town of Clarksville is soliciting bids from qualified firms for the construction of a new 2 story Marina building that will include marina office & marina bathrooms. Please see the below attachment for a detailed copy of the invitation to bid. A Non-Madatory PRE-BID MEETING will be held on February 1, 2024 at 10 a.m. at 321 Virginia Avenue in Clarksville, VA. Bid(s) must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED – CONSTRUCTION OF MARINA BUILDING” to the TOWN OF CLARKSVILLE, Attn: MR. JEFF JONES – TOWN MANAGER, 321 VIRGINIA AVENUE / POST OFFICE BOX 1147, CLARKSVILLE, VA. 23927 and are due no later than 2 P.M. (Eastern Time) on February 27, 2024. Any proposals received after this date and time will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.
