PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Clarksville 2024/2025 Personal Property taxes and Real Estate taxes are due by February 1, 2025. Since February 1st is on a Saturday this year, all taxes must be paid or postmarked by Monday, February 3, 2025, to avoid a 10% penalty plus interest. Effective March 1, 2025, a $30.00 administrative fee will be added to all delinquent accounts for each year past due. Also, a DMV Stop will be placed on delinquent personal property tax accounts that includes a $25 fee to remove the stop.
