DRINKING WATER – BOIL WATER NOTICE AND CONSERVATION NOTICE HAVE BEEN CANCELLED

Town of Clarksville Waterworks

Customers of the Town of Clarksville were notified earlier today on December 27, 2022 of a boil water notice and a water conservation notice due to a frozen water main preventing the production of water.  The water line is operational now and the Town is able to produce water prior to having to bring in supplemental water from other sources.  So, the Town of Clarksville is cancelling the boil water and the water conservation notice and it is not necessary to boil all drinking/cooking water.  We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

As always, you may contact Mr. Richard Elliott, Operation Director at (434) 374-8177 or visit the Town Office at 321 Virginia Avenue, Clarksville, Virginia 23927 with any comments or questions.

Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses).  You can do this by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.

This notice is being sent to you by the Town of Clarksville Waterworks.
