The Clarksville Town Council and the Clarksville Planning Commission will have a joint meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Town Council Chambers, located @ 321 Virginia Ave.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Use Permit from Stefan J. Stolarz to allow for the construction of 16 market rate apartments with related parking at 215 & 217 8^th Street (PRN #22095 & 22096).    

A copy of the application is available for review at the Clarksville Town Hall.  Any person wishing to comment may do so at the Public Hearing.  For questions, please contact the Town Manager at 434-374-8177 or townmanager@nullclarksvilleva.org.   Written comments can be submitted to the Town Manager at P.O. Box 1147, Clarksville, Va. 23927 by 2:00 p.m. on July 19th, 2021.

Fourth of July Boat Parade – Sunday July 4^th – 2 PM

Join us on Buggs Island Lake with a patriotic Boat Parade at the downtown bridge in Clarksville.

Decorate your boat in red, white & blue and join in on the fun.

Line up begins at 1:30 pm on the Northwest side of Railroad Bridge and the parade will start at 2 pm.
The parade will travel under the downtown bridge in Clarksville.  Hope to see you there.  For more information contact the Chamber Office at 434-374-2436.

July 3rd! – Downtown Clarksville – 11 a.m. Come on out and participant or a be spectator. Each parade entry must be decorated in the All-American Holiday Theme; classes to include floats, bands, golf carts, bicycles, tricycles, walking. etc. Call for more information 434-374-0794.
