Southside Hazard Mitigation Plan – Community Survey Now Available

The Towns (including Clarksville) and Counties (including Mecklenburg) in the Southside area are working with Southside Planning District to construct a formal Hazard Mitigation Plan.  This plan is revised roughly every five years and is extremely important to obtaining grant funds that can benefit the Towns, Counties, EMS, Fire, Police, and Rescue for reaction to storms, natural disasters, and other unexpected situations.

Southside Planning District is requesting feedback from our community to gather opinions as they relate to various hazards that can impact our region. Please take time to participate in the survey, it consists of only 10 questions and should take only a few minutes to complete.  Just double click on the link below and complete the survey before the end of the day on September 30th.  Please feel free to share the link with anyone who may be interested.

We thank you for your participation!!
