The Town of Clarksville 2025/2026 Personal Property taxes and Real Estate taxes are due by Monday, February 2, 2026. The taxes must be paid or postmarked by Monday, February 2, 2026, to avoid a 10% penalty plus interest. Effective March 1, 2026, a $30.00 administrative fee will be added to all delinquent accounts for each year past due. Also, a DMV Stop will be placed on delinquent personal property tax accounts that includes a $25 fee to remove the stop.
