As adjoining or adjacent property owners to 600 Virginia Avenue (Parcel # 26436), Clarksville, Va., you are hereby notified of the following:

The Clarksville Town Council and the Clarksville Planning Commission shall hold a Joint Public Hearing on February 20th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Clarksville Town Hall located at 321 Virginia Avenue to hear a request for the following:

• Request by Chris Jackson to make a text-amendment to the Clarksville Zoning Ordinance to allow Pawn Shops in a B2 District by right or by special use permit.
• Request by Chris Jackson for a Special Use Permit for the property located at 600 Virginia Avenue Clarksville, VA to open and operate a Pawn Shop.

Citizens shall have the right to provide oral or written comments related to the changes by contacting the Town Hall in advance at 434-374-8177, or by e-mail at townmanager@nullclarksvilleva.org , or by U.S. Mail sent to P. O. Box 1147 – Clarksville, VA 23927.  A copy of the application is available for review in the Town Hall by appointment.
