The Town of Clarksville is implementing a new outbound notification system. Customers will start receiving text messages (SMS messages) or emails for the utility bills, delinquent utility bills and also other notices including water outages due to a water leak, etc. If a customer wishes to opt out, you will have to reply STOP when you receive the text message. Customers will also continue to receive the regular and delinquent utility bills as you have gotten them in the past. If you do not have an email or cell phone number set up in our system, please notify the Town Hall to update your information.
